I assume the top of the cylinder will be painted
but, not the bottom.
Surface area of a cylinder
= pi* r^2 + 2* pi *r *h
= pi* 3.5^2 + 2 *pi *3.5* 8 (* times)
= 38.49 + 175.93
- 214.42 m^2
No. of litres required:
= 214.42/10
= 21.4 litres.
