| Question 980430: Can someone please solve these 3 coordinate geometry in the x, y plane questions for me? It would really help. E out. Preferably if you show your working out too so I can see how it's done.
 1) the line JK is a diameter of the circle center P, where J and K are (0,-3) and (4,5) respectively. The line l(small L) passes through P and is perpendicular to JK. Find the equation of line l. Write your answer in the form of ax+by+c=0 where a, b and c are integers.
 Thank you!!

You can put this solution on YOUR website! The method to solve can be this:
Find the line for JK. Find the midpoint between J and K. As a model form, call this midpoint (u,v), and it is also the center of the circle.

Identify the slope, m for line JK. Calculate another slope,
  .
Use the POINT-SLOPE form of equation of a line in the plane.
 You will use it as
; perform arithmetic steps according to the number properties you know in order to put this equation into the general form that you want.
