Question 971531: the radius of a circle is 5cm. A right isosceles triangle is circumscribed about the circle. what are the lengths of the sides of the circumscribed triangle as well as the area of the triangle? We have already tried Pythagorean theorem and the properties of 45 45 90 triangles, the equations always cancel out. Thanks!
