Their equations in slope intercept form are
y = -(2 x)/3-4/3, y = 3/2-(3 x)/4
Find 2 points distance 2 from x = 34, y = -24 on line y = -(2 x)/3-4/3
One point is 4,-4 the other is 64,-44
x = 34, y = -24 would be the midpoint between the 64,-44 and 4,-4
