The equation of the circle is highlight%28x%5E2+%2B+y%5E2+=+36%29
b) find the value of b if(4,b)is on the circle
4%5E2+%2B+b%5E2+=+36
+b%5E2+=+20
Therefore b = highlight%282sqrt%285%29%29 or highlight%28-2sqrt%285%29%29
