There are 6 central angles and they are all equal in measure,
So each central angle is %22360%B0%22%2F6 or 60°.  So all 6
triangles in the figure are equilateral.  So their sides
are all equal, and since the radius is 12 cm, all the sides
of all 6 triangles are 12 cm each.

Answer 12 cm.
