Question 869265: If the A of a circle is 729pie. What is the radius and circumference in terms of pie?
I was trying to find whether I should look for the area for it first, but I was really lost because on my notes, we only went over one problem which we solved for the circumference. I only have 729 = pie(r)^2 but it doesnt make sense at all! :(

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If the A of a circle is 729pie. What is the radius and circumference in terms of pie?

---------------
The area is what's known, so you start with that.
btw, it's the Greek letter pi, not the dessert, pie.
-----
Area+=+pi%2Ar%5E2+=+729pi
r%5E2+=+729
r = 27
-------
C = 2pi*r
C = 54pi
