x^2+y^2-10y+9=0  |completing the Square to put into standard form

x^2 + (y-5)^2 -25  +9 = 0

x^2 + (y-5)^2 = 16

x^2 + (y-5)^2 = 4^2  Circle:  C(0,5)  r = 4
