Question 848429: Can you please help me to find the equation of circle passing through the point(4,-2) which touches the axes such that the whole of the circle lies in fourth quadrant.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! if it touches the x axis and the y axis then it must touch at (0,-2) if it touches at (0,-2) then the diameter is 4 and radius 2 then it touches the x axis at (2,0 )
circle (4,-2) , (2,0), (0,-2)
its center must be at (2,-2)
(x-2)^2+(y+2)^2 = 4
