Question 800399: Determine the equation of the circle defined by the given conditions
a) the circle passes through (2,2) and (5,3) and the center is on the line y = x+2
Can you please help me out , thanks so much in advance:)

You can put this solution on YOUR website! You would use the Distance Formula, and the center of the circle would need to be the general point, (x,x+2).
You would have two distances:
From (2,2) to (x,x+2)
and
From (5,3) to (x,x+2).
These two distances will be equal. Solve for x and then you can find the value of y, so you'd have the center point of the circle.
The description of the process should be clear enough. If it is not so for you, say.
