When the tree is full grown, its branches will be roughly circular with a diameter of about 4 meters. Write an equation representing the outside of the grown tree's branches relative to the stone.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! think of the marker as the origin (0,0) ... you need an equation for a circle of radius 2, centered at (3,9)
