A(-3,2), B(4,1) and C(6,5)

Find the perpendicular bisectors of 2 of the 3, AB, AC and BC
The intersection of the 2 bisectors is the center of the circle, call it (h,k)
The distance from (h,k) to any of the 3 points is the radius.
