You can put this solution on YOUR website!
answer to the first question...
you get the area by multiplying length times width, since this is a square, and thus has 4 equal sides, you can find the length of the side by finding the square root of the area. i'll just use my cal-cu-cheater (calculator) and find the square root of 196, which is 14
to find the perimeter of a circle, multiply the diameter by 3.14, soooo
14x3.14 is 43.96 thats your circles perimeter.
to find the area of a circle, its 3.14 x radius squared... the radius is 1/2 of the diameter, soooo....
3.14x16 = 50.24 thats the area of your circle
hope this helps

the question you sent me is missing some information....
The figure contains eight circles, seven small and one big circle. Each small circle has a radius of 7 cm. What is the area of the large circle? 154 sqaure cms 1386 sqaure cms 132 sqaure cms 44 square cms

are the smaller circles in the bigger circle in a line along the diameter? not enough information to solve the area of the larger circle.
