Question 660926: Second Question:This comes with following information: it says,
Justin's current Internet service provider charges a flat rate of $39.95 per month for unlimited access. another provider charges $4.95 per month for access and $0.95 for each hour of connection
So #13 it says write an equation to represent the total monthly cost for each plan, so I got y=39.95,y=0.95x+4.95
But for#14 it says if Justin is online an average of 60 hours per month, should he keep his current plan, or change to the other plan? EXPLAIN.
I didn't get #14 so could you give me an educated answer please thank you very much, really and could you thoroughly explain much in need of help as soon as you can thank you!

You can put this solution on YOUR website! current provider
y = $39.9
Another provider
y = 4.95+.95(x)
x=hours of use
when x = 60
Current plan = 39.90
Another plan = 4.95 + .95(60) = 4.95 + 57 = 61.95
Current plan is cheaper
