Note: if (x-3) is a factor, then the Factor Theorem states:  F(3) = 0

f(x)=x^4+12x^3+6x+2

f%283%29=+3%5E4%2B12%2A3%5E3%2B6%2A3+%2B+2=425 ≠ 0,  (x-3) NOT a factor
