What is the approximate circumference of the largest circle that could be cut out of an 8 1/2-inch by 11-inch piece of paper?
Use 3.14 for pie and round to the nearest inch.

The longest diameter (that remains on the paper) would be 8.5 inches, 8.5*3.14 = 26.69 ~ 27 inches
