distance covered in one revolution = circumference of the wheel
= pi*d
=
= 22*12 =264 cm
Distance covered in 1 sec = 5*264 cm = 1320 cm
Distance covered in 1 hour (3600 seconds) = 3600*1320 cm
OR 47.52 Km
So speed of the cart = 48 Km/hr (approximately)
