circumference of a circle = d(pi)
circumference of a circle = 2r(pi)
circumference of a circle = 2(5)(3.14)
circumference of a circle = 31.4 cm

Since there is 360 deg in a circle:
length of the arc must be:
80/360 * 31.4 = 6.98 cm
