5y-x=15 and y+5x=2 are perpendicular.
rewrite
5y=x+15
y=x/5 +3......1
......
y+5x=2........2
y = -5x+2
If the lines are perpendicular then m1*m2=-1
slope of (1) = 1/5
slope of (2)= -5
m1*m2= 1/5 * -5 =-1
so they are perpendicular
