60 square units ( 60 is not in the choices)
19: Find the circumference of a circle with a diameter of 10.
C= 31.4159 (This is not one of the choices either. Between the choices is 30 and 32)

Area of walk = (30+4)*(10+4) - 3010
= 3414 - 300
= 476 - 300
= 176
so, 176 square meters.
Height of parallelogram = 3sqrt(2)
area = base * height = 3sqrt(2) * 10 sqrt(3)
= 30sqrt(6)
= 73.484 square units
Circumference = 2* pi*r
= 31.428
