Find the vertex.
In such questions, we have to complete the square.
x^2 -8x+22
Complete the square: (x-4)^2 - 16 + 22
If you are not sure about completing the square, then I suggest you revise this topic. I cannot think of any other way of doing this question apart from completing the square.
(x-4)^2 +6
Therefore, the vertex is (4,6)
