1/2 * 12 * L= 54
2*54/12=L
L=9 m
...
hypotenuse = sqrt(9^2+12^2)
hypotenuse = sqrt(81+144)
= sqrt 169
=13.
the sides are 9,12,13
add up to get the perimeter
