You can put this solution on YOUR website!
area of sector = angle /360 * pi*r^2
angle = 45
radius r= 8
..
area of sector = 45/360 *pi*8^2
Area =25.1 sq. in.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The formula for area of the sector: theta%2F360%2A3.14%2Ar%5E2
Here in your problem, theta = 45, r = 8.
Area of the sector: 45%2F%28360%29+%2A+3.14+%2A+8+%2A+8
= cross%2845%29%2Fcross%28360%29%2A3.14%2Across%288%29%2A8 = 3.14 x 8 = 25.12 Sq.inches.
Area of the sector: highlight%2825.12%29Sq.inches. ANSWER
