Question 308771: Write the equation of each circle:
The endpoints of the diameter are (-2,1) and (8,25)
I need help with the problem above.
I've tried to solve it using distance formula and I got the radius to be 13. I used midpoint formula to find the center of the circle and found it to be (3,13). For my final equation I got:
(x-3)^2+(y-13)^2=169
I just need someone else to check my work with to make sure it is correct because this homework is graded. Thank you!
