You can put this solution on YOUR website!
circumference = 2*pi*r

31.4= 2*3.14*r
r= 31.4 / 2*3.14
r=5 feet

We'll do the 1st number and for sure you can follow thru.

Working Eqn: A%5BC%5D=pi%28r%5E2%29, where r=radius is unknown.

But given Circumference (C), we can get radius right?
C=2%28pi%29r

As per given in #1) C=31.4ft
31.4=2%28pi%29r ---> 31.4%2F%282%29%28pi%29=cross%28%282%29%28pi%29%29r%2Fcross%28%282%29%28pi%29%29
r=31.4%2F6.283=5ft

Therefore,

A%5BC%5D=pi%285ft%29%5E2=red%28pi%2825%29ft%5E2%29, Answer

You can do the same with the following items, #2 & #3.

Thank you,
