THE 6 FT DIA PLUS THE TWO 3 FT WALKWAYS EQUALS 12 FT DIAMETER
3.14*12=37.68 FT

Remember that c= 2*pi*r for a circle

Given inside dia = 6 ft plus 3 ft edge therefore outside dia = 6+3+3 =12 ft

C= 2 * pi * (12/2) = 37.6991 = 37.70 ft
