19 * 7 at a time = 19*18*17*16*15*14*13
That's partly correct, but since it makes no difference whether a candidate is chosen 1st, 2nd or 7th (without ordering), you have to divide it by 7!.
So it's 19!/(19-7)!x7!
= 19!/(12! x 7!)
= 50,388
