This problem was posted to the forum once earlier under this link

with the diagram,  but even with the diagram the input was incomplete
and the solution was not possible, as I informed the source.


So due to some  (unknown to me)  reasons,  this  " problem "  is heavily sick/wrong/defective,
as it often happens at this forum  (several times every day),  and it needs a thorough revision.
