We know A is the common point of the two secants TA and HA.
Then we know that (apparently?) L and E are the points where the two secants intersect the circle. But we don't know which of those points is on which secant.
Note in coming to that conclusion about the statement of the problem, I already assumed L and E are points on the two secants. The statement of the problem says nothing about that; those two points could be anywhere....
If you want help with your problems, you need to make sure your statement of the problem provides enough information to know exactly what the problem is.
