We can find the angle of the minor arc using half right triangle formed by the the radius and the half the chord
sin(A) = .8%2F1
A = 53.13 degrees
therefore the minor arc is 2 * 53.13 = 106.26 degrees
and the major arc is:
360 - 106.26 = 253.74 degrees
