Your notation is unclear; I can't see any interpretation of the given information that makes sense.

"CE=6" appears to be the length of a segment. So then what do "mEA", "mDE", and "mCD" represent? They can't be arcs, because E is not on the circle. And if they are also lengths, then the given information says 4+6 = 5, which is clearly impossible.
