You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You have a point and a slope given, so what you need is
the point-slope formula:

y-y%5B1%5D%22%22=%22%22m%28x-x%5B1%5D%29

In place of y1, substitute 4,
In place of m, substitute 4
In place of x1, substitute (-6),
Don't substitute anything for y or x. Leave them as x and y

Then simplify to the form y%22%22=%22%22mx%2Bb.
