After reading his solution, I clearly see the style and the level of its author.

Ohkay, so imagine a circle, where, P and Q are the end points of a diametre ( so it's in the middle) And if O is in the middle of P and Q(diameter) and finishes with S, that means O and S are the radius (which is just half of the diamtre) Meaning QP (diameter)=2OS(radius)
So:
Diametre= 2x radius
PQ=2OS
