Easiest to just use standard form equation (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=5^2, and you know that one point (x,y) is (5,0).

%285-h%29%5E2%2Bk%5E2=25, and this is all you can do, because this is one equation with still two unknown variables. There are infinite number of circles that will work. Pick a convenient value for k. OR, pick a convenient value for h.
