My friend, there is no figure, so I will assume that we are talking about a semicircle and a diameter and the shaded area is the inside.
The area of the shaded figure is half of the area of the circle, that is,
A+=+%281%2F2%29%2Api%2Ar%5E2+=+%281%2F2%29%2A3.14%2A3%5E2+=+14.13
The perimeter is that of a semicircle plus the length of the diameter:
P=%281%2F2%29%2A2%2Api%2Ar%2B2%2Ar+=+3.14%2A3%2B6+=+15.42
