You can put this solution on YOUR website! If you add the four arcs, they add to 360...so that
60 + x + x+40 + 2x-16 = 360
4x + 84 = 360
4x = 276
x = 69
so that the arcs are 60, 69, 109, and 122 degrees.
<4 = (1/2)(60) = 30
<3 = (1/2)(109) = 54.5
<1 = (1/2)(122-60) = 31
<2 = (1/2)(60+69) = 64.5
<5 = (1/2)(69) = 34.5
That should be enough to get you where you need...
