how do you find an exact circumference of a circle?

Circumference  "C"  of the circle is

C = 2%2Api%2AR,

where  R  is the circle's radius,  or  (which is the same)

C = pi%2AD,

where  D  is the circle's diameter.

Here  pi  is well known constant  pi = 3.14159265 . . . ,  which is irrational number.
