You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The segment joining (-7,-5) and (-1,-5) is a chord of the circle.
The segment joining (-1,-5) and (6,-6) is a chord of the circle.

The perpendicular bisector lines to those chords will themselves intersect at the center of the circle, some point (h,k).

Once the center is found, the distance between any of the given points and the center (h,k) will give the value for the radius, r. Use Distance Formula.

Fill in the standard form formula for the equation of the circle, %28x-h%29%5E2%2B%28y-k%29%5E2=r%5E2.

That is the strategy, and you can do the processes to find the values and the equation.
