1st line::
Let m = 0
Then b = -3
Eq:: y = -3

2nd line::
Let b = 0
Then m == -3/5
Eq:: y = (-3/5)x

3rd line::
Let m = 5
Then -3 = 5*-3 + b
b = 15
Eq: y = 5x + 15

B)Passing through the intersection of the lines 3x-y=15 and 2x+y=10
Find the intersection, then follow the same procedure I used
in part A.
