A farmer uses exactly 1000 meters of fencing to fence off a square field. Calculate the area of the field.
------------
P = perimeter, s = side length
---
P = 4s = 1000
Area = s^2

If the farmer makes a square with the 1000 m, that means he has a square
1000 / 4 = 250 m on a side.
The area of a square is given by
A = s^2
A = (250)^2 = 62500 m^2
