Hi there,
An inner diameter of a car tyre is 9/4 cm
and thickness of tyre is 5/7 cm
The outer radius = 9/4 + 5/7
9/4 + 5/7
= 63 + 20/28
= 83/28
= 2 27/28 cm
This is the outside radius of the tyre.
