Let one of the shorter sides be a
The longer sides will be 4a+-+6
The perimeter is 68, so
a+%2B+a+%2B+2%2A%284a+-+6%29+=+68
2a+%2B+8a+-+12+=+68
1a+=+80
a+=+8
4a+-+6+=+4%2A8+-+6
4a+-+6+=+26
So, the sides are 8, 8, 26, 26
They add up to 68
