Well, that depends on which of the sides of the smaller triangle corresponds to the 30 foot side of the larger triangle.

If the 30 foot side is the hypotenuse of the larger triangle, then the other two sides are 18 and 24 feet.

If the 30 foot side is the shortest side, then the other two sides are 40 and 50 feet.

If the 30 foot side is the longer leg, then the other two sides are 37.5 feet and 22.5 feet.
