The answer is:     ANY  POINT  of this triple  IS  BETWEEN  OTHER  TWO.

It is the property which makes a  FUNDAMENTAL  DIFFERENCE  between a circle and a straight line in a plane  !

It is why a circle and a straight line in a plane are topologically different (!)

The answer from the other tutor is correct, if "between" for points on a circle means moving along the circle.

However, the usual definition of "between" for three points is that the three points lie on a straight line.

With that definition of "between", there are no three points on any circle with one of the points between the other two, because no straight line intersects any circle in three places.
