You can put this solution on YOUR website! If the x-axis is the perpendicular bisector, the other line must run along the x-axis, and its slope will be infinite and of the form x= some constant.
The line segment therefore must be part of x=2, since one x-value is 2, so all x-values must be 2.
To bisect (2,5) with the x-axis, the other point must be (2,-5).
