   : View Source, ShowAbout bperkhou: I am a student at Stanford University. In this video lesson I explain the concept of a tangent line and an important property. Specifically, a tangent to a circle is a line which intersects it exactly once. It has the property that the radius through the point of intersection is perpendicular to the tangent line.
