Question 55924: draw a big circle 1 and draw another smaller circle 2 to the right of the big circle 1 and touches the big circle 1. Draw a line that tangents to both circles at the bottom. Draw a third smaller circle 3 in the space between the two larger circles and the line so that the third circle is touching the two bigger circles and tangent to the line. r1, r2, and r3 are radii of circle 1, circle 2, and circle 3. Express r3 in terms of r1 and r2.

Question 57321: pi r squared
I have a circle that is 25 meters in diameter. I need to find the circumference. somehow, I know that there is a formula for finding the radius/circumference by using pi but do not know exactly how and cannot find the right info in my text. If you can help, I need this by noon tomorrow 10/21 EDT. Thanks

Question 60756: Write the equation that satisfies the stated conditions. There may be more than one cirle that satifies the equation. Express the final equations in form x^2+y^2+Dx+Ey+F=0
Tangent to the x axis, a radius of length 4, and abscissa of center is -3.
I am so totally lost with this one that I don't even know where to start.

Question 67204: Two secants are drawn to a circle from an external point. The external secant length on the first secant is 12 and the internal segment length is 3X+1. The external secant length on the second secant is 15 and the internal segment length is 3X-1. Solve for x to determine the lengths of the two internal segments of the secants.

Question 67902: Hi! I have a question that I'm having trouble with. I started to work on it but I'm not too sure if I'm supposed to take the perpendicular bisector or not. Here's the question:
A chord "AB" is 9cm from the center of the circle. The circle has a radius of 15cm. What is the length of "AB"?
If you could help me out, that would be great!
Thanks!
