You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You want the radius to be 4 units, so as to be center offset that many units. You already know the given center, so

highlight%28%28x-2%29%5E2%2B%28y-4%29%5E2=4%5E2%29
Notice how the "r" and the "k" would compare in the standard form.
