C=56.52 IS THE LENGTH OF THE CIRCUMFERANCE.
AN ANGLE OF 100 IS 100/360 0R .278 OR 27.8% OF THE CIRCUMFERANCE.
56.52*.278=15.71 IS THE LENGTH OF THE 100 DEGREE ARC.
