How big is the small one?

Find the radius of the larger circle
2%2Api%2Ar+=+30
r = 30%2F%28%282%2Api%29%29
r = 4.77465 meters
The small circle is 2.5 meters inside, therefore
4.77465 - 2.5 = 2.27465 m is the radius of the smaller circle
Does "how big" mean area then
A = pi%2A2.27465%5E2
A = 16.25 sq/meters
or does it mean circumference
C =2%2Api%2A2.27465
C = 14.29 meters
